- Create, view, and manage support content or user assistance content through the Services.
5. Prohibited Activities
When using the Services, you agree not to:- Transmit or upload any content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Harvest or collect information about other users.
- Advertise or solicit without our express permission.

By providing feedback or unsolicited ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them into our products and services.8. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
All materials on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—are owned by Aida or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted herein, no portion of the Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site are proprietary to Aida or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or display any such marks without prior written permission.9. Links to Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party applications, websites, or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content or practices. Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk.10. Data Collection, Storage, and Privacy

11. SDK and API Usage

12. Subscriptions; Fees and Payments
Certain Services require payment of subscription fees (“Subscriptions”) billed through our payment processor on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.13. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For paid plans, Aida strives for 99.9% uptime, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. Service credits, if any, for downtime outside the SLA will be issued in accordance with our SLA policy.14. Beta Features
We may offer pre-release or beta features (“Beta Features”) for evaluation. Beta Features are experimental and provided “as-is.” We may modify or discontinue Beta Features at any time without liability.15. Disclaimers; Warranties and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AIDA OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING USD 100.16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aida and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:- Your use of the Services.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
